Some things about Tiger Woods are bound to change with time, like his dominance on the golf course, his consistent short game, and his powerful drives. And then there are some things about Tiger that we all should expect to remain within him forever, like his constant urge to unleash an on-course expletive.
Tiger unleashed another one of those expletives during the final round of the Pebble Beach National Pro-Am. Interestingly enough, it came during his birdie chip from the bunker on the 12th hole, and not during any of his three consecutive boogies beginning on the par-3 seventh.
Speaking of those three consecutive boogies, they would sum up Woods’ problems during Sunday’s final round, as he fired a disappointing 75 to finish at 8-under, nine strokes behind the winner, Phil Mickelson.
